The BC Contact Centre Association’s 2014 blue-ribbon contact centre tour will be hosted by O2E. O2E Brands stands for Ordinary to Excellent and comprises three uniquely branded companies –1-800-GOT-JUNK?, WOW 1 DAY PAINTING and You Move Me - that are leaders in customer experience and innovation.

The O2E leaders will share the key ingredients about their culture, and keeping the best people around and engaged. The focus will be on: Hiring, Training and Sales Culture

You will hear from the leaders of each department and how they positively impact the culture! Also the Sales Director will be giving a tour of the office as well and making stops along the way.

This prestigious event will be limited to 30 participants only. Members will be offered “Front of the Line” access. Note: All of the BC Contact Centre Association site tours to date have sold out, so sign up early to avoid disappointment! We look forward to seeing you there. If you are not a member and would like to attend, please send an e-mail to the BC CCA office and ask to be put on the waiting list for a possible last-minute opening.
